ONE HOUR SESSION

$120

A One Hour Session can help you accomplish some minor unwanted behaviors with your dog. It’s a jam packed informational session for the owners benefit. This session addresses behavioral issues while getting hands-on experience with your dog while working with our trainer. This session is typically laid out first by analyzing and listening to you and your problem areas, then providing information on how to help you work through those issues. Sometimes it’s just a small adjustment that is needed to get you back on track! One hour sessions are not geared for heavy behavior modification for fearful/nervous dogs.

FIVE 1-ON-1 PROGRAM

$550

If you want to train your dog but aren't sure where to start, this service provides one-on-one guidance through regular, one-hour owner education sessions. Our trainer will walk you through each stage of obedience training, empowering you to practice the steps on your own. After each session, you'll work with your dog at home for 7-10 days before returning for the next phase, ensuring steady progress toward obedience and cooperation. You will be working hands-on with our trainer to help you and your dog form a solid relationship and bond to help both you and your dog live a harmonious life.

This program includes five sessions that run 60 minutes each, once a week, for five consecutive weeks. This will also include a trainer giving you many different exercises and activities to do at home.

At Prairie Peak we believe that all dogs deserve training and a responsible owner and our goal is to reward responsible dog ownership.

AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy is an exciting program designed to get dog owners and their puppies off to a good start. AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy is an excellent first in-person training class for puppies. AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy provides a good lead-in to earning the Canine Good Citizen Title.

GROOMING DESENSITIZATION

$70/SESSION

Everyone deserves a relaxing spa day, even our furry companions! This service will help your dog become more comfortable with grooming services by gradual exposure to nail trims, brushing, or blow dryers. What a great investment in your dog's comfort while at the spa!

Includes:

Exposure to variety of different grooming techniques such as nail trims/grinds, blow dryers, and brushing.
Addresses any anxious/aggressive behaviors directly related to grooming.
After each training session, your trainer will provide homework for you and your dog to practice.
Report card at the end of each session on your dog's achievements and areas of improvement.
FREE follow-ups during and after training directly with the trainer to answer any questions!

VIRTUAL SESSIONS

We are able to help dog owners outside of the Fargo-Moorhead Area! Virtual Sessions via Zoom can help you work with your dog in the comfort of your own home while working alongside one of our Professional Dog Trainers. You can choose to do a One Hour Training Session or part of our Five 1-on-1 Program completely virtual!

Virtual One Hour Training Session : $60

Virtual Five 1-on-1 Session: $110 per session ($550 total)

MEET AND GREET : $30

Schedule a Meet and Greet to get to know our trainer and start your dog’s journey to success! During this 20-30 minute session, our trainer will evaluate your dog, discuss any problem areas you’re experiencing, and collaborate with you to create a customized plan. Together, we’ll determine the best program to fit your dog’s needs and your lifestyle.

Private lessons REQUIREMENTS:

Age & Eligibility: Dogs must be atleast 10 weeks old (in-tact dogs, in-heat females, and all breeds allowed).
Training Tools: Please budget for a high-quality e-collar and prong collar. Various top-quality options are available for purchase at Prairie Peak.

Vaccination Records: All dogs are required to be up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella Vaccinations. Give your veterinarian a call and ask them to email over vaccination records to PrairiePeakTraining@gmail.com

BOARD AND TRAIN

Your dog will work closely with one of our Professional Dog Trainers in a structured environment to achieve the training goals we’ve set together. By living and practicing obedience daily, your dog will make rapid progress. On pick up day we’ll equip you with the tools to continue leading and enjoying your well-trained pup!
